Особливою подією стало відвідування Дегустаційного залу “Копальня бринзи”. Це унікальне місце, де зберігаються традиції виготовлення справжньої гуцульської бринзи.
Юні кияни дізналися про всі етапи створення цього сиру, починаючи від доїння овець і закінчуючи дозріванням продукту у спеціальних умовах. Окрім цікавих фактів, учасники мали нагоду спробувати щойно приготований сир, смак якого не залишив байдужим нікого.
Екскурсія стала не лише гастрономічною пригодою, але й чудовою нагодою пізнати багатогранність української культури. Учасники поринули в атмосферу традиційного гуцульського побуту, побачили автентичні ремесла та дізналися, як любов до рідної землі може творити справжні кулінарні шедеври.
Відвідування таких автентичних місць сприяє збереженню та популяризації культурної спадщини нашого народу.
The New Year began with an unforgettable journey for the pupils of the Kyiv Palace of Children and Youth — participants of the Small Diplomatic Academy and Yunpress programs. This time, the young explorers traveled to the heart of the Hutsul region — Verkhovyna.
A special highlight of the trip was a visit to the cheese museum, “Kopalnia Bryndza.” This unique place preserves the traditions of making authentic Hutsul bryndza. The children learned about all stages of its production, from sheep milking to maturation in special conditions. In addition to fascinating facts, the participants had the opportunity to taste freshly prepared cheese that captured everyone’s hearts.
The excursion was not only a gastronomic adventure but also a wonderful opportunity to explore the richness of Ukrainian culture. The participants immersed themselves in the atmosphere of traditional Hutsul life, witnessed authentic crafts, and learned how love for native land can create true culinary masterpieces.
Such trips once again remind us of the importance of preserving and popularizing the cultural heritage of our nation. We are proud to nurture young people who appreciate their roots and discover the uniqueness of their homeland.
